Pokemon Center 2012 Pikachu, Tepig, Snivy, Oshawott, Serperior, Samurott, Emboar & Friends A4 size clear file folder. This clear file folder was never for sale. It was given out as a promotion at the Japan Pokemon Centers in January, 2012. If you spent over 3000 yen (about $40), you received one of these file folders. It is Japanese size A4, so it fits normal size pieces of paper. The right side of the clear file opens up like a folder. You can store papers inside of it. Made of thin clear plastic. See "Additional Images" for a picture of the back side of the file folder.
