Pokemon Center 2011 Reshiram Best Wishes Clipping Series #1 Figure & Candy

Pokemon Center 2011 Reshiram best wishes clipping series #1 figure. This figure was made in extremely low quantity and only sold for a very short time, in January, 2011. It is from the new Best Wishes series #1. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers. They are sold in boxes with a random figure, a mini trading card and a piece of candy. I have opened the box to see what figure is inside.  Made of plastic. The mini card measures 2.75" (7cm) x 2" (5cm).
