Pokemon Center 2010 Chupa Surprise Arceus Large Clear Prize Figure Not Sold In Stores

Pokemon 2010 Chupa Surprise large size Clear Arceus figure. This figure was not sold in the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere else. The only way to get this figure was to collect three "winner" slips of paper that were randomly inserted in a very small quantity of Chupa pop suckers. I had to open about 150 chupa pops just to get the 3 "winner" slip of paper. Then you had to send in the 3 "winner" slips of paper to Tomytakara company and they then sent you this figure. The promotion was only for a very short time, so it was very difficult to get. It comes unassembled (3 pieces you put together). It is a very unique figure. Its legs can move back and forth to make different poses. The figure is made of clear, cloudy colored  plastic. Made in extremely low quantity.
