Pokemon Center 2010 Best Wishes Chupa Oshawott Pokeball figure. Oshawott is also known as Mijumaru in Japanese. This figure was made in extremely low quantity and only sold for a very short time, in December, 2010. The series consists of 9 different characters all from the new Generation V series. NOTE: You will only receive the Oshawott figure. Only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers. It comes inside a plastic pokeball that opens up and with a sucker (cola flavor) and a figure inside. Made of plastic. Note: you may receive a different color pokeball than in the picure (there are 4-5 different colors).
