This card was given to participants in the 2007 Battle Road Summer Tournament that was held in Japan back in July, 2007. There were 7 different cities that held this tournament (Kyushu, Chukoku/Shikoku, Kansai, Kanto, Chubu, Tokkai, Hokkaido). Each area had a different card. This card features Pikachu and Pichu. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
