This card was given to participants in the 2007 Battle Road Summer Tournament that was held in Hokkaido, Japan back in July, 2007. There were 7 different cities that held this tournament (Kyushu, Chukoku/Shikoku, Kansai, Kanto, Chubu, Tokkai, Hokkaido). Each area had a different card. This card features Teddiursa and Snover. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.

Condition: Good to near mint condition. Never been played with. No noticeable creases. NOTE: The card has some surface scratches that are visible if you tilt the card in the light a certain way and just a touch of whitening on the corner of the card. Pretty good condition, but not quite mint condition.
