Pokemon 2001 Neo4 Shiny Steelix Triple Star Ultra Rare Holofoil Card #208

Pokemon 2001 Neo #4 series Shiny Steelix triple star ultra rare holofoil card. It was only available inside random booster packs of the Neo #4 series that was released in April, 2001. Only sold in Japan. This is one of the 8 triple star ultra rare holofoils in this set (Charizard, Celebi, Steelix, Kabutops, Raichu, Mewtwo, Tyranitar and Noctowl). This was the only set that produced such a large quantity of ultra rare cards. Extremely difficult to get. It was a random insert in the booster packs. The odds of getting one were very very low. It bears the 3 black stars (triple star) mark on the bottom right corner of the card. The card looks much better than the picture. The Steelix is a nice silver and gold color. Only the Steelix part of the card is a holofoil. The rest of the background is not. Very nicely made. The Out of production.

Condition: Good to near mint condition. Never been played with. No noticeable creases or dents. There is a very very tiny chipping of the paint or whitening on the top right corner on the front side. Very small, but you can see it if you look close. Also, there is a scratch running from top to bottom on the back side of the card. Its perfectly straight, so Im pretty sure it happened when it was made by the machine. You can see it if you tilt the card in the light a certain way.
