Pokemon 2010 Legend #2 Reviving Legends series Alph Lithograph card. It was only available inside random booster packs of the Legend #2 Reviving Legends series that was released in Febuary, 2010, only in Japan. This card is one of the ultra rare inserts in the series. The odds of getting it in the booster pack were very, very low. This is the second time they have made an Alph Lithograph. The first one being in the Heart Gold and Soul Silver series. This time there is only one Alph Lithograph in the series.
