Pokemon 2002 Expedition series #5 Mystery Mountains Charizard Crystal Type holofoil card. It was only available inside random booster packs of the Expedition series #5 Mystery Mountains series that was released in October, 2002.  Only sold in Japan. This card is one of the ultra rare inserts. If you look closely, you can see that the series is 88 cards, but this card is #089. It has the white star ultra rare mark in the bottom right corner of the card. Out of production.
