Pokemon 2002 Expedition series #4 Split Earth Kabutops holofoil card. It was only available inside random booster packs of the Expedition series #4 Split Earth series that was released in August, 2002.  Only sold in Japan. This card is one of the ultra rare inserts. If you look closely, you can see that the series is 88 cards, but this card is #090. It has the white star ultra rare mark in the bottom right corner of the card.Out of production.
