Pokemon 2002 Expedition series #3 Wind from the Sea Nidoking Crystal Type holofoil card. It was only available inside random booster packs of the Expedition series #3 Wind from the Sea series that was released in August, 2002.  This card is one of the ultra rare inserts. If you look closely, you can see that the series is 87 cards, but this card is #088. It has the white star ultra rare mark in the bottom right corner of the card. Only sold in Japan. Out of production.
