Pokemon Center 2010 Snivy, Tepig & Oshawott collector tin with cream roll cookies. Snivy, Tepig & Oshawott are also known as Tsutarja, Pokabu & Mijumaru in Japanese. This limited edition collector tin was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan for a very limited time back in October, 2010. The top of the candy tin opens and there are 12 cream roll cookies inside. Once you eat the cookies, you can use the tin as a storage container.
