Pokemon 1999 Eevee Mini Ceramic Plate Series

Pokemon 1999 Eevee mini ceramic plate series. I am not really sure exactly where this came from. I believe it was sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 1999. Extremely difficult to find anywhere. I think it was part of the mini plate collection that was sold in random packages at the Pokemon Centers, but I am not 100% sure. This plate is VERY SMALL. It is about the size that you would use in a doll house. See "Additional Images" for more pictures and a size comparison. Made of ceramic. Out of production.
