Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw 2008 Franchise of the Year "STAFF" pin.  It was only given out to the staff at the Hard Rock Cafe in Warsaw, Poland for being chosen as the franchise of the year. It is a shiny gold statue holding a guitar. Says "2008 Frannchise Cafe of the Year" on the bottom and also has the words "Warsaw Staff" right above it.
