Pokemon Center 2011 Musical Campaign Purrlong & Minccino childrens hair comb. Purrloin and Minccino are also known as Choroneko and Chillarmy in Japanese.  It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in July, 2011, for a very limited time during the Musical Campaign. Made in very limited quantity. The comb can open and close. Open it up to comb your hair and then fold it up into a convenient travel size and take it with you. Comes with a chain so you can attach it to your bag, beltloop, purse, or wherever you would like to attach it to. Made for young girls. Made of plastic.
