If you spent 3000 yen (about $33), you got one try in the lottery to get a prize. This was the 4th place prize. It has a zipper on the back so you can open it up and put coins inside. Comes with a stretchable chain so you can clip it onto your bag, beltloop, or wherever you wish to clip it on to. Made of soft material. Out of production.
