Pokemon Center 2013 Yveltal, Xerneas, Chespin, Fennekin & Froakie A5 size (medium size) clear file folder. It was given out as a special promotion at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in September, 2013 for a very limited time. Not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place.The file is slightly smaller than normal clear files (see size below). The left side and bottom are sealed and the right side and top of the clear file opens up like a folder so you can store small papers, stickers, or whatever flat items that you like inside of it. Made of thin clear plastic.
