Pokemon Center 2012 Shiny Black Rayquaza Mini Clear File Folder Lottery Prize NOT SOLD IN STORES
Pokemon Center 2012 Shiny Black Rayquaza mini size clear file folder lottery prize. This mini clear file was not sold in the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere. It was only given away as a prize in the Pokemon Center lottery in March, 2012, for a very limited time. If you spent 3000 yen (about $39) at the Pokemon Center, you received one chance in the lottery. This was the 2nd place prize. The file is smaller than normal clear files (see size below). The left side and bottom are sealed and the right side and top of the clear file opens up like a folder so you can store small papers, stickers, or whatever flat items that you like inside of it. Made of thin clear plastic.
