Pokemon 1997 Wigglytuff 2" Tomy plastic figure. This figure was sold at the Pokemon Centers and some toy stores in Japan, back in 1997. It is part of the first Tomy Pokemon Monster Collection. It is from series #8. Extremely rare. Made of plastic. Out of production. NOTE: THIS FIGURE IS VERY OLD AND THERE IS A LARGE CREASE ON THE CARDBOARD PACKAGING. THE FIGURE IS OF COURSE FINE.
