Pokemon Center Sapporo 2017 Renewal Opening Campaign #2 Alolan Vulpix Hooded Poncho. It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in February, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Center Sapporo Renewal Opening Campaign #2. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT ONLINE IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!!! It has a button to fasten and unfasten the poncho. Made of 100% polyester. I do not know if these are made for adults or children, but some of the girl staff at the Pokemon Center were wearing them, so adults can wear them too.
