Pokemon 1996 Blastoise 2" Tomy Monster Ball Collection plastic figure. This figure was sold at the Pokemon Centers and some toy stores in Japan, back in 1996. It is part of the first Tomy Pokemon Monster Ball Collection series #1. It is one of the first Tomy figures ever made. Extremely rare. Made of plastic. Out of production. NOTE: THIS FIGURE IS VERY OLD, SO THE CARDBOARD PACKAGING HAS SOME SCUFFS, CREASES AND SCRATCHES (THAT YOU CANT SEE IN THE PICTURE) DUE TO AGE. OF COURSE THE FIGURE IS UNOPENED.
