Pokemon 1997 Raticate & Rattata set of 2" Tomy plastic figures. This figure set was sold at the Pokemon Centers and some toy stores in Japan, back in 1997. It is from series #14. Extremely rare. Made of plastic. Out of production. NOTE: THIS FIGURE SET IS VERY OLD, SO THE CARDBOARD PACKAGING HAS SOME FRAYING ON THE CORNERS AND A FEW CREASES DUE TO AGE, BUT OF COURSE THE FIGURE IS UNOPENED. BUT PRETTY GOOD CONDITION CONSIDERING ITS AGE.
