Pokemon Center 2015 Battle Trozei "Poketoru" Sylveon, Espeon, Umbreon, Goomy & Friends Carry On Suitcase lottery prize. It was never for sale in the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere. If you spent 3500 yen (about $32), you got one chance in the bingo-type lottery. This was the GRAND PRIZE in the lottery. Some of the Pokemon Centers had as few as only 1-2 of these to give away. EXTREMELY difficult to win. The suitcase has wheels on the bottom and a handle for easy pulling. The outside of the suicase is made of plastic. The Pokemon picture seems to be a paper insert that is encased in a clear plastic cover. Made of plastic. Because this suitcase is made of plastic and not too sturdy, I would highly advice that you use it only as a carry on suitcase and not check it in when you travel to avoid damaging it. 

VERY IMPORTANT (YOU MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASING):

1. Although it is difficult to see in the picture, there are some slight black marks or scratches on the right side of the Pikachu image on the suitcase (See picture below). I cant tell for sure, but they seem to be scratches or black marks on the paper insert underneath the clear plastic covering. I dont think that they can be removed. The suitcase came this way when I received it. Please note that the suitcase is SOLD AS IS and there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXHANGES.
2. Shipping is very expensive due to weight.
3. This is a novelty lottery prize and not a highly durable brand name suitcase, so handle with extreme care to avoid damaging it. I would definitely NOT check the bag in when traveling.
