Pokemon Center 2006 Pikachu, Manaphy, Mantyke & Kyogre picture frame lottery prize. It was only available in a special lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2006. If you paid 500 yen (About $6.50) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. The odds of winning were VERY low. Made in very limited quantity. The picture frame is very heavy and sturdy. It can hold 4 pictures. On the back of the frame, each picture has a window with a clasp that can open and close to make it easy to add and remove pictures.I believe its made of hard painted wood and plastic.
