Pokemon 2012 Bandai Pokemon Kids lottery prize set of 3 Shiny figures (Snivy, Oshawott, Tepig). This set of 3 shiny figures was not sold at the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only given out as a lottery prize to a few lucky winners. Back in 2012, if you bought Pokemon kids figures, you were eligible through a random lottery drawing to receive this set of figures. Very few people were lucky enough to win this set. These figures are the "shiny" version which means they are a different color than their normal color. If you look on the top right corner of the box, it says "非売品" which means "Not for Sale" in Japanese.
