Pokemon Center Fukuoka 2012 Renewal 1st anniversary shitajiki pencil board (Version #2). A "shitajiki" as it is called in Japanese is like a pencil board. Its a piece of plastic that you put underneath your paper so that it has a hard surface to write on and your pencil will not leave marks on your desk. It was only available at the Pokemon Center in Fukuoka, Japan, in April, 2012. The Pokemon Center in Fukuoka moved to a new location one year ago and this file folder was sold for the 1st anniversary of their moving to a new location. It was never sold at any other Pokemon Center, only Fukuoka. Made of thin clear plastic.
