Pokemon Center 2017 Eevee Poncho Campaign Sylveon Plush Toy
Pokemon Center 2017 Eevee Poncho Campaign Sylveon plush toy. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in October, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Eevee Poncho campaign. Eevee is dressed up in a poncho (poncho is not totally removable, but you pull the hood back). Made of soft material (polyester).
