This card was given out by the Pokemon Centers in Japan if you purchased a certain amount of merchandise for a very limited time back in August, 2008. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.

Condition: Very Near Mint condition. Never been played with, but there is some very very tiny paint chips or whitening on the corner of the card. It was like that when I received it at the Pokemon Center. No noticeable creases, dents, or scratches on the card.
