Pokemon Center 2006 Pikachu & Manphy set of 2 glass dessert bowls lottery prize. It was only available in the "Waku Waku Get" special lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2006. If you paid 500 yen (About $6.50) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. The odds of winning were VERY low. Perfect for ice cream or other desserts. It comes in a cardboard box. Made of glass. Out of production.
