Pokemon Center 2015 Pikachu Carnival Goomy Mascot plush keychain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in August, 2015, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain, so you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to.
