Pokemon Center 2016 Pokemon Petit Pastel Campaign Series #2 Mudkip Mascot plush keychain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in September, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The Petit Pastel campaign is a remake of the Petit plush mascots in new pastel colors. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain, so you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. NOTE: The way that this plush mascot keychain in made, it will not stand up on its own.
