Pokemon Center 2013 Eevee, Umbreon, Charizard, Vaporeon, Flareon, Umbreon, Whimsicott & Friends ceramic bowl lottery prize. It was only available in the "Waku Waku Get" special lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in July, 2013. If you paid 500 yen (About $5.25) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. This was prize level "F". The odds of winning were VERY low. It features Eevee, Espeon, Flareon, Glaceon, Jolteon, Leafeon, Umbreon, Vaporeon, Meowth, Whimsicott, Genesect, Pikachu, Oshawott, Charizard & Mewtwo on the bowl. The bowl is oval shape. Good for putting in nuts, candy, or other small items. It comes in a cardboard box. Made of ceramic.
