Pokemon Center 2009 Pichu Neck Strap Lottery Prize NOT SOLD IN STORES
Pokemon Center 2009 Pichu Neck Strap lottery prize. It was only available in the "Waku Waku Get" special lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2009. If you paid 500 yen (About $6.50) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. The plastic mascot comes attached to a neck strap, so you can wear it around your neck. The Pichu mascot figure is attached by a clip, so you can remove it and attach it to your bag, keychain, or wherever else you would like to attach it to. Out of production.
