Pokemon Center 2007 Pikachu Chatot Manaphy Mantyke Buizel Lottery Shoulder Bag NOT SOLD IN STORES
Pokemon Center 2007 Pikachu, Chatot, Manaphy, Mantyke & Buizel shoulder bag lottery prize. It was only available in the "Waku Waku Kuji" special lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2007. If you paid 500 yen (About $6.50) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. The odds of winning were VERY low. The bag has a strap so you can carry it on your shoulder. It has a zipper that runs along the top of the bag. It also has a zipper pocket on the front of the bag. Very nice size for carrying items. Made of nylon. Out of production.
